 As part of DISCOVER YOUNG HACKNEY, we ran a 5 days workshops at Shoreditch Town Hall. Focused on Story telling/Comic art/Illustration/Graffiti, aimed at 13-19 year olds. Mainly focused on how to express creative ideas by way of illustration, aiming to show the myriad of techniques that are possible. As the conclusion of this we created an exhibition of the participants work alongside 4 professional artists that were creating live and interactive art for the festival at Shoreditch Town Hall called ‘SHOREDITCH LIVE!’ Alongside the work from the students, we created an art installation through the basement that spilled out into Rivington Place to create a walk through Art experience, timed workshops and ongoing communal art pieces where we curated and produced live spray can art with fellow artist Artjaz.
