5 PILLARS PROJECT

 Our creative practice has taken us into two of the local primary schools in Hackney where we ran workshops on the schools core values and how that sits with our ethos as artists trying to engage and connect everybody within the borough. At Randall Cremer school, Haggerston after holding a workshop on lettering and typeface styles we took our word and image ‘Nurture’ and created a painting for the school playground along with an image of a heart that brought all our values together. At St John and St James School, Hackney Central, we held 2 workshops around what is community and created an image together to incorporate the values that create a thriving community, this was a project in conjunction with Hackney Church.
